Bulletin of the American Museum of Natural History, 299, 1–262〕 formerly ''Epipedobates cainarachi'') is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, and freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.〔Monteza, J.I. & Jungfer, K.-H. 2004.
